WELCOME BACK

We are excited to begin meeting on campus again. We want to assure you that public health and safety concerns are our highest priority. We thank you for your patience as we navigate this challenging season. Though situations like these can stir up fear and anxiety, God is sovereign over all things, and our ultimate hope is found in Jesus Christ.

Based on the current executive order and recommendations from health officials, services will resume on campus, following the phase two guidelines of the Northern Virginia re-opening plan. View the executive order from Gov. Northam here

We understand the need to practice social distancing and taking precautionary measures, if you can not attend service, we encourage you to stay connected to the church body through our online platforms. Safety and sanitation practices will be followed. MASKS ARE REQUIRED to attend services.

Sunday Morning Worship Services

Sunday morning worship services will be held on campus, currently only operating at 50% of our occupancy total. Bible class will continue to be held via Zoom. Recordings of the worship services will be available on our media page.

To minimize the risk of illness, here are a few practical things you can do to love your neighbor:

  • Stay home if you are sick

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  • If soap and water are not readily available, use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow.

  • Wear a mask while attending on campus events and services

Thank you for helping us keep Greater Praise Temple Ministries a safe place to ignite a passion to follow Christ.

We care deeply for those who are affected by this and are praying for God’s leading and wisdom as we navigate the next few weeks. If you would like to share a prayer need or pray with a pastor, please call us at 571-330-5222.
